Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Processing orders of handcrafted products involve days of efforts put in by our artisans and our order processing team. We do not accept returns for orders where the product does not match your satisfaction but is perfect in terms of quality, sizes and other details mentioned on our website.
If there are any defects or transit damages in the products, we will accept an exchange of an unused product only, if the intimation is done from your end within 2 days after the delivery is executed. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks post the date of return request for your exchange to be processed.
The Kalaa Store will not issue returns & exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thekalaastore.com with your name and order number, stating why you wish to return your purchase. We will reply with detailed instructions and the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We take 3-5 working days to evaluate a return request. Once your return request is approved, you are eligible for an exchange via a credit note to our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately, on delivery , if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, bespoke and customisedcustomized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds - we issue credit notes or direct exchanges and will notify you once we have inspected the returned item.
